The CÚlÚ valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, is in the heart of the Parc Naturel Regional des Causses du Quercy. The causses are limestone plateaux which start in the Dordogne and spread through the Lot and on into the Aveyron, ending near Millau where the famous Roquefort cheese comes from. This little known corner of France, undiscovered even by the French until recently, is unspoilt by tourism or industry and due to the rural exodus of the last 150 years is very lightly populated. The old stone houses blend into the landscape being built of the local rock, the oak which is so abundant here, and tiles made of the red clay which covers the limestone strata. As in so many limestone areas the flowers and wildlife are very rich and diverse, come and enjoy this enchanting region with us.

Bed and breakfast, enviously situated between the Lot and CÚlÚ rivers, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Regional du Causses, in virtually its own private valley up on the causse, our chambres d'hotes, in its own acre of land is the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We have a swimming pool and are in the commune of Sauliac-sur-CÚlÚ. We have five comfortably furnished bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 15 people in total, with the option of table d'hotes, (evening meal) if required.

Holiday cottage, situated in the village of Sauliac-sur-CÚlÚ, 5km from our bed and breakfast, this comfortable stone house is in a perfect setting, in the gorges of the river CÚlÚ and surrounded by high limestone plateaux. The village has a church, chateau and wonderful walks. It sleeps 4 people and has it's own private pool.
